Amanda Lawson

Amanda is a registered Choctaw artist from Oklahoma, living and working in New Mexico. She was born in Oklahoma, but moved multiple times in her youth, notably living in Southeastern Colorado, which gave her a long-lasting love of the desert. She attended Northeastern State University, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, for her B.A in studio art. After moving to New Mexico, she gratefully returned to her art practice after an absence of several years.
