I create sculptural furniture and functional objects inspired by the fruit trees, vegetable gardens, and flower beds of my childhood. Leaves, petals, fruit, and bulbs become tables, shelves, and sculpture that balance organic form with practical use.

My work begins with solid wood, often laminated into large blocks. I sketch directly onto the surface, then carve away material with chainsaws, grinders, gouges, rasps, and files. The process is physical and intuitive, but also precise. Skilled joinery and carefully applied finishes ensure that each piece is both durable and functional.

The natural imagery in my work comes from lived experience. Pruning trees, raking leaves, picking fruit, and helping my mother plant her gardens were once ordinary chores. Years later, those memories became the visual language of my work.

By merging sculpture with utility, I want everyday objects to do more than serve a purpose. I want them to change a space, invite touch, and bring imagination, memory, and beauty into daily life.
