I have been making functional pottery since 1978: vessels of service with rounded shapes for hugging between your hands..I echo the textures and colors I saw in pottery and textiles when I worked on the Navajo Nation and New Mexico Pueblos. My glazes are colored with iron, copper, and cobalt, as they have been for millennia, but they are all lead-free, dishwasher and microwave-safe.
